Allow me to introduce myself…

I’ve wanted nothing more than to be an artist.  Since my parents started me out on piano at a very young age, following the arts was what brought me fulfillment.  Music was my life and I found myself tirelessly refining my tone, musicianship, phrasing, and intonation until I got my first copy of Photoshop CS2 in 2013.  As the dorky little fourth grader that I was, I started practicing composites of my favorite places and people.  The lasso tool lost its luster quickly as I started improving.

I stepped behind the camera in junior high school, shooting things that caught my eye or that I found deeply visually intriguing.  This practice still comprises the majority of my portfolio.  My art is everything to me.  When I’m down, I create.  When I’m up, I create.  Create, create, create.  If it wasn’t already evident, I live to create.  However. I still struggle calling myself an artist or visual storyteller in public places despite having my work featured in galleries throughout Colorado.

I specialize in Fine Art Portrait Photography as well as Street and Urban Photography, with a keen preference for the abstract. The collection on this website doesn’t represent my technical “best” photos.  These photos speak to me.  A photo doesn’t have to have perfect exposure, composition, or material to take my breath away.  Here’s to my attempt to break free from the mainstream.
